 TPU质料形态为通明颗粒状,经枯燥初始后依照牢固配方工艺喂入挤出机停止挤出薄膜,薄膜与涂胶基布压延贴合,后续可停止多层复合压延、压花工艺,消费出所需保送带。  TPU质料形态为染色粉末状,经枯燥除湿后经过刮刀平均涂覆与涂胶基布上,红外加热熔融,多辊压延复分解型,后续停止多层复合压延、压花工艺,消费出所需保送带。
工艺流程复杂,消费服从高;原资料强度减小幅度低,保送带强度高于刮涂工艺;TPU胶层不易发生气泡,构造密实,厚度平均性高。 原资料需屡次加工,包罗调色、磨粉等工艺,原资料强度衰减较大,胶层容易发生气泡,厚度控制难度较高平均性差。
